and sounds of downtown Eureka from the front balconies
overlooking Spring Street. The inn's beautiful gardens and
stone courtyard are often used for intimate weddings.

The Piedmont House is zoned C-3 commercial and can continue
to operate as a full-service B&B or as tourist lodging with no food
service. Other businesses could be added such as a small restaurant
or retail space. The zoning allows for a number of permitted uses.  
Guests can park their cars in the inn's reserved off-street
parking and enjoy the short walk to town shopping and dining
